Accommodation

Downstairs:

  • Spacious open plan Kitchen/Dining room with vaulted ceiling and open fireplace surrounded by an exposed stonewall. The fireplace contains an unusual double sided wood burning stove that also faces into the lounge. The kitchen was refitted in 2008 and includes electric oven, gas hob, fridge, butler sink and a range of storage units. From the kitchen south facing patio doors give a superb view of the mountains.
  • Spacious lounge with dual aspect wood-burning stove, comfortable furniture and hand built wooden (Ash) staircase to first floor. South facing window with glorious views across to Black Mountain and Llyn Y Fan Fach
  • Shower room with toilet and wash basin.
  • Utility room with central heating boiler, washing machine, dishwasher and freezer.

First floor:

  • Double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beam and a king-size bed. Front south facing views across to the mountains and fields.
  • Two single bedrooms; one large with beams and south facing with glorious views, the other at the rear of the property.
  • Bathroom/W.C.
  • Most rooms with mountain views.

Outside:

  • Enclosed garden with patio, furniture and barbeque facilities. Open views to mountains.

Pets:

  • Up to two well behaved dogs allowed. Bearing in mind this is a farming community with sheep and lambs, dogs should be kept on leads when outside.
  • For reasons of hygiene animals are NOT allowed upstairs or on any of the furniture at any time.
  • Sorry, no cats.
